Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping
We offer several shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 3 to 9 business days
• Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

3. Local Shipping
In-Town Delivery is limited to 15km from 8 Thomas Janes Drive, within 2-3 business days. Please provide specific drop off instructions, and we will text or email a picture of the stick to you when it's been dropped off

 

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number to monitor your package.
